HDIF Participates in Nest Artisan Accelerator Program
Started from July, HDIF is taking part in Nest’s Artisan Accelerator Program upon the recommendation of WFTO Asia. The program is aimed to support artisan businesses and help them thrive by providing one-on-one mentorship, giving HDIF the opportunity to become a part of a larger network and community.
“It’s a program that gets start-ups and small companies together that have a social entrepreneurship background - helping them get their feet on the ground and running in terms of logistics, supply chain management, marketing.”
As we continue to expand and develop, HDIF consults on fellowship projects to lend the support needed for the artisan businesses to continue and succeed.
“HDIF is growing very rapidly on the export side, since we have distributors in four countries. So, we went into the program wanting to know how better to service our export clients, how to develop our distributors and how to get more clients. We’ve narrowed it down to two issues: how better to develop our distributor network and how better to increase our production capacity, and so far it has been a very interesting conversation.” - Tim Straight, CEO of HDIF
HDIF sees Nest’s Accelerator Program as a huge opportunity to improve its activities and learn more through it.
